Automatic

Controls whether the white balance is adjusted automatically for each retrieved image.

The adjustment runs on the currently retrieved image only and uses a “grey world assumption” white balance algorithm to determine the necessary color gains.

Note

The used algorithm will adjust the colors gains such that each color channel has equal power in the image. When running automatic white balancing on a scene where one color is predominant in the image, the adjustment will dim this color, causing an unnatural representation of the scene.
